Nepali Style - BBQ Pork Belly


Ingredients:

450g - pork belly

Dry ingredients:
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes or Chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon or more as per your liking
Meat masala or curry powder: 3/4 teaspoon 
Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Wet ingredients: 
Dark soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Light soya sauce - 2-3 teaspoons
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste - 1 teaspoon

Cooking tips:

*You can adjust all the ingredients as per your liking :)
*Be careful while adding salt coz light soya is also salty.
*Keep an eye while grilling and try not to over grill or else the pork belly will taste very bitter. 
*Double the ingredients if you are inviting your friends or family for Bbq party. 
*Use 1 tablespoon of ginger paste if you don't have ginger powder at your home.
*Its optional but you can also add garlic powder or paste in this recipe.
