Boarding School for Underprivileged Children in Chapali, Nepal

Nepal is one of the poorest countries in Asia. In more rural areas such as the village of Chapali, issues multiply. Housing, water, electricity, transport, waste treatment, everything is underdeveloped. Education is not a priority and even less for girls. The school presented here is called Victor Hugo Manjushree Vidyapith. Victor Hugo for a writer committed to education and against poverty, Majushree for the god of wisdom, and Vidyapith meaning in Nepali "a quality education".
