Slow reform to Nepal’s child marriage problem

Child marriage is illegal in Nepal and the government has committed to ending it by 2030, but in villages across the country, reform has been slow. According to Human Rights Watch, the country has the third highest rate of child marriage in South Asia after Bangladesh and India.
